This gives us the confidence that when we launch a product, it will work. By using this kind of research, we are using the very latest and most professional research that is available on a global basis. This rigor and setting of high standards is also carried through to the testing that we do on our finished products. Whilst we were the first company in the industry to operate to ISO9001 quality procedures, we undertake further random testing of our products that guarantees we not only deliver on the levels of ingredients that we claim on our labels, but that in actual fact, we often exceed them. We also undertake testing of competitive products which only reinforces the confidence that we have in our own product range.
