World Champion Andrew Merrifield's daily Reflex Supplement regime.

As I explained in my last update, I was looking at not training my legs and giving my upper body time and chance to catch up and put some size on.
Well, I haven’t trained my legs in over 3 months now, and its working a treat. My upper body is growing as all the supplements and food I’m consuming is being used for repairing and building.
 I think my legs were taking up most of the nutrition in growing and repairing my biggest muscle group (my legs).
 
Once I decide to start training my legs again I’m sure that they will be a lot weaker but that will be a good thing as I do want to be able to walk when I’m an old man. The discomfort that I had in my knees has gone and it feels good.
Looking back,the quad workouts I’ve been doing over the years were crazy..
Anyway here is a typical day’s use of Reflex products that I use.
Upon waking and before my one hour cardio that I now do everyday , I take 4 Thermo Fusion, 3 Acetyl L-Carnitine, 3 L-Carnitine, 3 Green tea capsules.
A cup of coffee (2 teaspoons).
 
Then I’m out of the door............
 
Breakfast includes 2 scoops of Reflex peptide fusion and 2 scoops of Instant Whey or Micro Whey , I put this into a blender with ice water and a hand full off Blueberry’s ,and a spoonful of Maltodextrin.
 
I also have 2 Nexgen, 1 AOC, 1 Milk thistle and 2 ALA capsules.

Mid morning I will have either a Progen MRP or 3 scoops of peptide fusion in water.
 
Around 2 hours after my lunch I will have the same as mid morning.
 
30 minutes before the gym i have Tri-Matrix evolution 1 scoop and 1 scoop of NOS fusion and a scoop of Creatine Creapure. I also have 3 L-Carnitine, 3 Acetyl L Carnitine and 2 Green tea capsules.
 
5 minutes before, I take 5g of L- Glutamine and a big hand full of BCAA’s during my workout I will take more L-Glutamine and more BCAA’s. A recent thing that I have started to include is a serving of Growth Matrix half way and towards the end of my workout. I either use the recommended 8 scoops or depending on the length and intensity of my workout I can use up to 12 scoops.

 

Then I have another serving of Growth matrix when i get home 8 scoops but this time i put them in to the blender with ice. This Is an awesome drink!


One hour later i have either a Progen MRP or a meal depending on what i am doing that evening.
Then before I go to bed I will have another reflex protein shake the same as mid morning.
 
Finally, I prepare a drink to take to bed with me so that if i wake up in the night I can feed my body.
