The likelihood is that as a person visiting a sports supplement site, you will be in good health or indeed someone very conscious of their health.  If you have been unfortunate enough to have suffered an injury at some stage you might appreciate the frustration and change that it can bring.

If like Jon Bradshaw’s brother in law, you were unfortunate enough to have a cycling accident that resulted in a major stroke, perhaps you would be less able to appreciate the impact.  Jon certainly does, because he’s seen it first hand and it was this that spurred him on to undertake a cycle trip across Europe.

On 19th June 2008 Jon Bradshaw and Marco Barcella left London on their quest to raise £20,000 (€28,000) for European stroke charities with a goal of cycling 3000 miles (4800km) in 91 days through 9 European countries.
