Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is a naturally occurring fatty acid that has been proven to help users manage their weight effectively and to do so safely.
CLA is naturally present in many of our diets as it is naturally occurring in meat, cheese and dairy products, however only in small quantities. Scientific studies prove that when 3.2g of CLA are consumed daily, body fat can be reduced safely in 8 to 12 weeks.
