| Making A Purchase |
Making a purchase could not be easier; just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order using a 128bit security encryption system.
We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo cards. When making a card payment, please ensure that the billing address you enter is the address your card is registered to. Personal Cheques, Postal Orders and Cash can be used as payment methods but please call: 01273 711616 to place your order. We would recommend that you send these particular methods of payments using a Recorded Post service as we will not be held responsible for any incurred loss.
When you receive email confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order; it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. Once we have accepted your order and sent you an invoice this will indicate a contract between us. We have included this in our Terms & Conditions to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable, unless an exclusive special offer has been abused then we reserve the right to change the final price without prior notice or consent. |

| Shipping & Handling |
All U.K. Mainland orders over £10 are sent via Interlink Express or 1st Class Royal Mail FREE of charge. All orders off the U.K mainland are sent via DPD or UPS and are subject to further charges per 20kgs.
N.B. Your delivery will need to be signed for - normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 9am-3pm. If you are not present upon delivery you will be left a calling call. If no response is given with 7 working days it may be returned to us at a cost you may have to incur. |

| Delivery Schedule |
| It is important to remember unlike many of our competitors our U.K. Mainland delivery is a next working day service. This means that if you place your order before 3pm (Monday to Friday) you will usually receive your goods the next working day. If you are based off the U.K. Mainland delivery normally takes 2-3 days, if you are situated in Western Europe, delivery normally takes 2-3 days and if you are located either in Middle or Eastern Europe delivery should take 3-6 days on a standard 'by road' service. We will not be held responsible for any late or lost deliveries due to mechanical or vehicle failure, weather, theft (if you request your parcel be left in your 'safe place' or with a neighbour), incorrect or incomplete address details that you have provided or natural disasters. |

| Back Orders |
| If you place an order and we do not have a product in stock we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay and ask you whether you would like to wait for the product to be available or cancel that product from your order. |

| Tax Charges |
| 17.5% V.A.T. will be added to all orders with taxable products. |

| Credit Card Security |
| When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers and personal details are encrypted using a 128bit security system. They are only decrypted after they reach our order computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site and once the order has been printed and processed your card details are shredded and recycled. |

| Money Back Guarantee |
Every single Reflex Nutrition product comes with a full money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund but please call us first to arrange a return. The company address can be located on every tub and can also be found on the 'About Us' page of this website.
N.B. We cannot refund delivery charges, nor can we refund any costs incurred by yourself if you return a product. |
