There are 3 ways to place your order.
Complete your order online and proceed to the checkout, here you will be given the option to log-in to your account or create a new account. Choosing this option will ensure all your details (excluding card details) will be held on the system for all future orders placed meaning the process of manually inputing billing and shipping addresses will be eliminated.
The second option is to skip this process and jump straight to the payment page, please note, with this option you will be unable to track your order or keep updated with your order history.
The last option is to contact us direct by telephone on 01273 711616 and we will be happy to take your order from you.

If you need to change anything to do with the order or cancel the order once it has been processed, contact us immediately on 01273 711 616 so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Unfortunately Reflex Nutrition will not price match products found cheaper on other websites or in retail stores.
We will always try and keep our website updated with any product/s that may be out of stock or that have a limited amount left. In the case that orders do come through with out of stock items on them, you will be contacted as soon as possible and advised of this and we can then inform you of when the product/s is going to be available.
As we manufacture all products in-house in our state of the art factory with exception to Pit Stop Bars, Krill Oil and Omega 3 capsules, it shouldn’t be long until the product/s are back in stock.
Our guarantee is both simple and straight forward allowing customers to return products directly to Reflex Nutrition for a full refund of their purchase price. In the very unlikely event you don’t feel a product had no benefit you can return it without penalty. All that we ask is that the remainder of the product along with the receipt of purchase, outer tub and any other packaging is returned at your own cost. Please note, we do not refund postage.
No refunds will be issued for the same goods that have already been bought and refunded in the past.

We can accept personal cheques (made payable to Reflex Nutrition Ltd), or postal orders, for orders made over the telephone only. Your order will be dispatched when payment is received. We do advise that these particular methods of payment are sent using a recorded post service, as we will not be held responsible for any incurred loss.
Voucher codes will relate to the relevant offer and timescale for that code and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Almost of all of our products are manufactured within our 3 state of the art factories based in East Sussex in the UK.
Products that are manufactured/encapsulated outside of our factories yet still in the UK are our Pit Stop bars and Omega 3 capsules. CLA is encapsulated in Belgium whilst our Krill Oil is encapsulated in the Netherlands.
Yes they are, each month we select a product to be tested as part of the ISO 17025 registration.
The products are tested for GCMS and LCMS compounds.
All of our ingredients are sourced from fully vetted companies. They have to be ISO9001 registered or meet our strict quality control requirements. We also test in-bound raw materials for protein content to ensure absolute quality. We only use the world's purest Creatine, we use the most expensive chelated minerals, we only use the most potent form of Vitamin E, the list goes on and on. Our commitment to quality is simply unsurpassed.
At this time all of our capsules are unsuitable for vegetarians
At this time none of our products are suitable for Halal/Kosher individuals
Reflex Nutrition operate three manufacturing factories. All three factories use electricity that comes from 100% renewable sources. Our supplier for Green Energy is Ecotricity. Their electricity is harnessed from natural sources, like the wind, sun and water that don't pollute and don't contribute to climate change. They call these Deep Green sources because they're the ultimate in clean electricity generation. They don't involve any burning and offer a pollution free, endless source of electricity.
We also recycle our entire waste card and any waste plastics are recycled, our product containers are also recyclable so when you have finished with them you too can take them to your nearest recycling point and help the environment yourself. Also with all our factories and distribution areas being within a few hundred yards of each other we cut down on our transport emissions.
For orders under 1kg these will be delivered by Royal Mail, orders over 1kg will be sent via Interlink Express. (On occasions Interlink Express may use other contract drivers to deliver orders)
If your order has been sent via Royal Mail, a Royal Mail calling card will be left instructing you to collect the order from your nearest Royal Mail collection depot.
If your order is sent via Interlink a calling card will be left informing you that they attempted to deliver the order but you weren’t home. On the card will be details for you to contact them and request a delivery date that is best for you. The depot will wait for a response from the calling card recipient for 2 days. If no response is received, they will contact Reflex Nutrition Ltd and ask for a contact telephone number so that they can contact you and re-schedule a new delivery day. If no contact can be made then they will wait until 5 days have elapsed from when the original calling card was issued and return the order back to Reflex Nutrition Ltd.
If your order has already left our warehouse and is on its way to you, it is not possible to change the delivery address without a charge to you.
This procedure requires a redirection service which involves contacting our courier company, locating your parcel and possibly moving it to a different depot. The cost for this redirection is £15.41
If you have any special delivery instructions, for example to leave with a neighbour or to leave the parcel in a safe, secure place, please ensure that these instructions are stated clearly on the order.
Reflex Nutrition Ltd is not liable or responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the order once it has been delivered.
Yes, the delivery address can be different from the billing address, as long as we have the billing address for the card that you are using to pay for the order.
Please ensure that you or someone you know or the relevant people at your work are aware and will be there to sign for the order.
Unfortunately we cannot send orders to BFPO addresses at this time.
Unfortunately you cannot request a delivery time. Interlink Express deliver between 0900 – 1800hrs Monday – Friday.
Royal Mail orders will be delivered within normal Royal Mail delivery schedules.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee this service as occasionally there will be circumstances beyond our control.
Also some areas will carry a two day or more delivery service.
On the odd occasion where human error causes an order to be dispatched with either an incorrect product or an item missing from your order, contact Reflex Nutrition Ltd immediately on 01273 711 616. We will then arrange a collection and send you the correct product or send the missing item to you immediately.
In the unlikely event Royal Mail or our couriers misplace your order, we will dispatch a replacement order to you immediately.With orders sent by Royal Mail, please allow 5 working days to receive your order. If undelivered after this time please contact us.
If the packaging is damaged, please indicate to the delivery driver and sign “damaged upon receipt” and visually check the contents before the driver leaves.
